Extras are charged as follows:

  • Extra side dishes - To be determined

  • Salads - $5 extra per serving (i.e. 6 servings = $30)

  • Soups - $6 extra per serving (i.e. 6 servings = $36)

  • Desserts - $25 light deserts
    (may be offered three times a week)

How it Works

First:
An assessment is taken via telephone or in person. From this point, I will assess all of your
dietary concerns, allergies, likes and dislikes.
 
Second:
A cook date is set up, where I will cook a meal for you to sample.

Third:
You may select a plan from below or meals may be customized to fit your needs, if you do not fall into any of these categories.

Fourth:
We set a date to begin.

The meals below include a main entrée and two sides. Sides include a starch and a vegetable.
Meals may be fresh or frozen (your choice).

*Minimum service. Additional servings for more than 4 people may be discussed to fit your needs.

Container Fee:

Depending on the plan you request, you can pay a one-time fee of $60 for reusable containers or $15 per session for disposable containers. Reusable containers (glass Pyrex or similar), may be purchased. A $100 deposit is required. This amount generally covers a set of 8 to 10 containers. Any amount for unused containers will be refunded to you. Any additional pieces that are required, costing more than $100, will be added to your balance.

The reason for a container fee (customarily charged by most Private Chefs) is to ensure:
a) that proper and sufficient containers are available to package all
entrées and side dishes
b) easy and proper storage in the refrigerator or freezer (which ever you prefer) and
c) that containers seal properly and securely
